Careers meetings
As part of our CEIAG offer, careers guidance meetings are available to all learners on our supported internship and pre-internship programmes. A careers guidance meeting is an impartial, one-to-one meeting between yourself and a professionally qualified careers adviser.

Careers guidance you can trust
We recognise that effective careers guidance is the driving force to securing positive futures. We use an evaluation tool called Compass to plan, deliver and evaluate the careers activities within our programmes against the 8 benchmarks of best practice known as the Gatsby Benchmarks.
These provide a framework for careers guidance, outlining the experiences and information every learner on our programmes should have access to, so they can make informed decisions about their future.

Support from a qualified careers advisor
Learners on our programmes have access to our Level 6 qualified careers leader who is a member of the Career Development Institute (CDI). The Career Development Institute (CDI) are a trusted body that qualified career development professionals are registered with, following their code of ethics.
